Infinity Life Foods are thoughtfully developed and creatively prepared. All food and food products served are of highest quality, seasonal, nutrient-rich, and free of preservatives, artificial ingredients and sweeteners.
Weekly menus are well-balanced, reflect moderation and utilize great core-products: quality meats, poultry and fish; a full-spectrum of fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits; quality dairy, cheeses, nuts and seeds; and flavorful condiments that enhance the dishes in unique and interesting ways.
This comprehensive 3 month program includes all of the following services as well as individualized guidance through your entire experience.
Charles Vollmar, Culinary Director/Chef Instructor
Charles Vollmar is a popular chef, cooking instructor, foods consultant, writer and owner of Epicurean Exchange. An honors graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, his classes and work emphasize essential skill and technique work, wellness, prevention and lifestyle enrichment topics relating to cooking, nutrition, fitness and foods appreciation and exploration. His goal: to encourage positive lifestyle choices and proper foods selection, preparation and enjoyment; to help his clientele (kids, young adults, families, professionals, athletes, and seniors) to eat better - consistently. His clients include private families, businesses, schools, health clubs, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.

To enroll in the program you will choose one of the options outlined below. Food is delivered 3 days a week – Monday/Wednesday/Friday and requires a 7 day minimum order. Billing occurs for the number of days you choose to sign up for and will be collected prior to your first delivery.
